During the next Training School (TS) of COST FP1101 to be held in Guimarães from 11-14 April 2015, a traditional timber truss, that has been recovered from a demolition will be tested. Full-scale tests under cyclic loading in its original state are planned and after some reinforcement of the truss elements and joints. Due to their influence on the overall response of the truss, special attention will be needed for the carpentry joints.
