From Oporto airport

The closest airport to University of Minho - Azurém Campus is the Sá Carneiro Airport in Oporto, about 50 km away from Guimarães.

The easiest way to reach the city of Guimarães from the Sá Carneiro Airport is getting the get-bus services (http://getbus.eu/). This shuttle will take you from the airport directly to Guimarães.

If get-bus schedule doesn't match with your arrival in Oporto you can take the subway (Metro do Porto: Airport - Estádio do Dragão) to reach the Railway Station of Campanhã and take the train (www.cp.pt) to Guimarães.

From Lisbon airport

If your flight arrives in Lisbon you can take the subway (Metro de Lisboa : Airport - S.Sebastião) and get off at Oriente. Then you can take a train (www.cp.pt) to Porto or directly to Guimarães.
